Registration Period and Fees

Registration Deadline: May 30^th, 2024

• All participants are requested to register in the Conference. The abstract application is also recommended.
• If you register as a member of AAPCHS before registering for the 4th AAPCHS, you will receive a discount on the registration fee.
• All international participants should register through the online registration system.
• The registration will be confirmed as “completed” after the full payment.

※ We highly recommend that it could be helpful to bring a “Loupe“ for the participants of 3D Model Dry Lab.

Registration in the Conference Includes

• All scientific programs including the jointly hosted 38th Annual Spring Meeting of the Korean Society for Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery (KTCVS) and the Commercial Exhibition
• Admission to all luncheon seminars

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation request must be sent to our secretariat E-mail.
• Refund will be processed within 1 month after the conference.
• 100 % of registration fee will be refunded if request was made before April 30th, 2024.
• You will not be eligible for a refund after May 1st, 2024.
