My first single port da Vinci thymectomy experience in critical error

Purpose : Single port surgery is one of a newly developed method.
Methods : 62 years old, male patient who thymectomy using da Vinci single port. However, left arm is not working.
Results : Anterior mediastinal mass was clearly resected without any complication. It diagnosed thymic cyst.
Conclusion : Single port da Vinci thymectomy is feasible technique.
