Background : Patient referred for surgical treatment of aortic stenosis presented an extremely calcified ascending aorta, coronary artery disease and sigmoid left ventricular septum hypertrophy. In patient, replacement of the aortic valve and septal myectomy was successfully performed using a sutureless implantable bioprosthesis (Perceval S) via right axillary artery and single venous cannulation. In the era of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) procedures, the sutureless valve may be a valuable option for patient with inadequate condition applying TAVI and a good alternative option for reducing operation time compared with conventional aortic valve replacement
