Background : Pseudoaneurysm with arteriovenous fistula is a rare complication of arthroscopy. It could be diagnosed by ultrasonography(USG), computed tomography(CT), magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) or angiography. For treatment, open surgical repair and endovascular repair could be considered. We report a experience of open surgical repair of pseudoaneurysm with arteriovenous fistula of a young male patient who underwent arthroscopy 5 months ago
